How long will I wait for my order?
We do our best so that you can start using and enjoying your ordered products as soon as possible. Therefore, we typically process orders promptly, requiring 1-4 business days to prepare the order for shipping. In exceptional situations, such as periods before Christmas or during events like Black Friday, the processing time may be extended, up to a maximum of 21 business days.
How can I pay for my order?
In our store there are four payment methods available: PayU, PayPal, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (only in Poland). Choose the most convenient payment method for you. If you are picking up your order in person, you can also pay in cash upon pickup
How do you deliver the orders?
We ship your orders via courier.
Do you ship internationally?
Sure, we ship to most European countries. More info below
Yes, for the products purchased in our store, you can receive a VAT invoice. To do so, during the order placement, choose an invoice as the transaction confirmation document and fill in all necessary information.
Is it possible to wash the pool's cover?
Yes, thanks to the used zippers, you can easily take the cover off the foam and wash. We recommend washing at a temperature of up to 30 degrees. It is not recommended to tumble dry. It is not recommended to wash the foam.
Are the balls safe for Kids
Yes, the balls are made of LDPE material- they are odorless and resistant to crushing. The balls are made in Poland
Can the balls be recycled?
Yes, balls are made of LDPE and it is a material that can be recycled. However, the recyclability may depend on local recycling systems and the availability of facilities for processing such materials. It's advisable to check the local recycling guidelines in your specific region
How to deal with cover after washing?

Is it possible to return the order?
We believe that you will be satisfied with your purchases in our store. However, if for any reason the ordered product does not meet your expectations or if other circumstances arise, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
